Tick tock, Stop the clock, Before the time runs out. I've had enough, I said I'm done, Hear the words from my mouth. Sun shine, Rain time, These clouds are dark and grey. Day time, Night sky, I pray these thoughts away.

I'm finding it hard to breathe, Everything is getting to me, The little sounds you make, Push me over the edge.   I fear I've gone crazy, But I was never really sane, These days are longer, They're harder than I ever wanted them to be.   As I sleep, I dream of peace, But what is peace, If I only ever find it in my dreams.

My heart is heavy, With the words I'll never say, And my mind is wondering, Of what could have been. But I need to pick it up, Move on and don't look back, Your song is sweet, But I miss sleep. I miss drifting off peacefully, Your face not haunting my memories, Your words not echoing, Off the empty walls of my mind. How'd I ever sleep without you, Is well beyond me, So ill hold the teddy bear closer, And pretend it's you. If only just for one moment, There is solitude, There is peace within me, But it was never meant to last.

I need a doctor, To apply pressure, Stop this bleeding, It's killing me.. You're killing me, I'm going out of my mind, So very lost, I've run out of time. This hurts, This pain unbearable, How am I to survive, If I can't remember to breathe. I need a doctor, Life saving measures to be taken, But what if I don't want to be saved, And I just want to die?

Lately my pillow smells like you, My dreams contain you, You're in everything I do, What am I to do?   You're my living nightmare, You're the one thing I regret, You're the one thing I wish I never knew, This is my lesson learned.   Love slowly, Kiss deeply, Don't hold back, These are my rules.   I could beg for you back, But why would I, I want to be the first choice, Not just an after thought.   I want to be your always, Not just your sometimes, I've learned my lesson now, I won't go back around.  

I really didn't want to, But you've convinced me, Maybe this is it, This is the risk worth taking.   You're not really like anyone else, You're different from the rest, You've proven a lot of things to me, Things I never thought to be true.   Love can be gentle, Love can be kind, Love can be sweet, Love can be for me.   So I'm falling, I'm so far gone, I don't want to stand up again, I'll just lay here with you.  

You told me I was nothing, I am more than you know, I deserve peace and happiness, Just like everyone else. I hope your soul changes, Back to what it used to be, Back when I first met you, The colours were so vibrant. I am proud to be who I am, I've come a long way, From who I used to be, I don't know her anymore. These words cut like knives, Dragging across my skin, Blood trails after the blade, Oh what a lovely day. This silence is too deadly, Screaming at me, This white noise getting under my skin, And into my already too full head. What if the only way to find peace, Is to temporarily suffocate, Without the oxygen, There won't be much left of me. I can't catch my breath, Not like I was breathing too well before, But this time I'm going down, With no way out. Not without a fight, I'll go kicking and screaming the entire way, But my fight is futile, And my screams fall on deaf ears. I'm not doing this for you, I'm fighting for a ch

With these thoughts in my head, And this heavy heart, I do my best to stay above water, But I'm drowning. I'm holding my breath for as long as possible, I'm doing what I can to remain strong, But my lungs are burning, They're aching for just a bit of oxygen. So I give in, I breathe in the water surrounding me, My lungs burn still, This is not what I needed. The light in my eyes has begun to die, The fire in my heart dwindling, The peace in my soul has unraveled, I am not who I thought I would be. I am drowning.

Lately I've been reliving, Regretting that night, Knowing I should have fought for you, I wonder if you miss me too.. You were my everything, And try as I might, I can't get you off my mind, It's killing me tonight. My heart still pounds when you call, My heart still belongs to you, I wish this wasn't true, But what can I do?
